What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that paddles showing signs of wear or court use may not be eligible for a full refund.
Do you offer a warranty on your paddles?
Yes, we provide a limited 6-month warranty against manufacturer defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse, or structural damage caused by hitting the ground.
How should I clean and maintain my carbon fiber paddle?
We recommend using a CRBN Paddle Eraser to remove ball fibers from the surface and wiping the face with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or leaving the paddle in extreme heat.
